Opt-in Consent
Users must obtain explicit permissions before initiating template broadcasts.
Acceptable Use
Spamming, spoofing, and malicious automation flows are strictly prohibited.
Meta Cooperation
All integration endpoints remain strictly subject to Meta Developer Agreements.
1. Acceptable Use & Account Setup
By connecting your Meta Developer credentials (including WhatsApp Phone Number ID, App Secret, and System User Access Tokens) to AIVIO CRM, you declare that:
You own or represent the registered WhatsApp Business assets and corresponding domain namespaces.
You will not configure automation flows that violate the **WhatsApp Commerce Policy** (e.g. promoting restricted items).
All webhook subscriptions under your App ID resolve back to our secure API endpoints using verification handshake tokens.
2. Strict Recipient Opt-in Mandates
WhatsApp mandates strict recipient consent rules. You agree that:
You will only trigger proactive template broadcasts to recipients who have actively opted-in to receive communications from your business.
You must support a direct "Stop" or "Opt-out" quick response block in all interactive campaigns.
Your WhatsApp Account quality ratings (Red/Yellow/Green) remain your sole responsibility. AIVIO CRM does not provide protection if your assets are restricted by Meta due to user spam reports.
3. Meta API Constraints & Rates
AIVIO CRM acts as an overlay wrapper on top of Meta's graph endpoints. You acknowledge that:
Messaging rates, template approval delays, API throttles, and message status callbacks are dictated by Meta's Platform nodes.
We will not be held liable for platform-wide outages, subscription delays, or business account suspensions enforced directly by Meta.
4. Termination & Service Access
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the CRM suite if we detect that:
Your webhook payload inputs contain malicious scripts or request-spoofing payloads.
You are bypassing our server signature verification blocks.
Your database connection ledger is being compromised or systematically abused.
